No. Our products do not require any extra batteries. They come with rechargeable batteries already built in, and a USB cable to recharge it.

When you begin charging your  lamp, the lamp itself will show a light red (or blue) color to indicate that it is charging. When your moon lamp is no longer glowing red or blue, but is still plugged in, it is fully charged.

We produce and sell our own products. We test everything before we send your order. 

Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method".
Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen.
Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Yes, by default we offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If for any reason your product stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes! We ship world-wide.

Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).

Orders may not ship within 72 hours due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.High seasonOrder is pending a credit approval and verification.A product is currently out of stock.An order which requires customization.An order is shipped to remote country.Order security verification

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually 2-5 days. Shipping details could take another day or two to be reflected.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.

Please can you check the following before getting in touch? 

Input the tracking number to view the up to date tracking.Check if we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.This is relatively rare, but check if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's local post office/national post office or customs department directly and ask that they release & deliver your items immediately.Check to see if you have a delivery card from the carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery by calling your country's local post office.Check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate your order we ask you to please allow 40 days from dispatch before reporting an item as missing.

If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbor or another member of your household, please contact us and we will investigate further and arrange a replacement item to be sent immediately.
